Erich Magnetics
Erich Permanent Drum type magnetic separator is most useful for
continuous separating tramp and fine iron from non-magnetic material
processed in bulk quantity, for the purity of end product, recovery of metal
having commercial value and protection of processing
plant and machinery. these are widely used in all the
processing industry for separation of iron contamination from
minerals, chemicals, food, flour, plastics, grains, sand, cement, fertilizers,
glass, slag, ores, rock, refractory and many other products.
There are two types of Erich Permanent Magnetic Drum separators are
available. Type FE is consists of Anisotropic Strontium Ferrite/ceramic magnets
having surface Gauss upto 2000 Gauss and type RE is made from high power Rare
Earth Neodymium Magnets having upto 5500 Gauss magnetic power on surface.
Permanent magnets are fixed on to a shaft in such a way as to create magnetic field at 200 degree amplitude and fixed while the non-magnetic outer shell rotates.
Available in diameters from 200mm (8") to 1000mm (40") and width from 200mm (8") to 2000mm (80")
