ERICH suspension magnets are widely used to removal of tramp iron from raw or finished products conveyed on belt conveyors.

Erich Manufactures Permanent Suspension magnets suitable for standard belt conveyor widths of 400mm, 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm upto 1800mm. Operating height from 100mm (4") to 450mm (18"). However, for operating height above 450mm only electro magnets are recommended. 

For selection of the right magnet, following information is required:

• Material description, size, bulk density and burden depth.
• Belt conveyor width, capacity and speed.
• Tramp iron size, shape, weight and percentage.
• Type of separation: whether equipment protection, purification, reclamation or salvage.
• Type of magnet: whether permanent of Electro.
